Employee identification is one of the most significant aspects of recruitment process. Companies like to employ the professionals who are diligent and efficient. Qualification does not matter always for hiring the employee but personality of the person also matters a lot. Human resource department in any company like to employ the person who can deliver the performance. If the human resource professionals identify the employees at an early stage then it avoids the loss of the company. The relationship of the employee and the employer is important. Employee entering the organization has to establish the relation with other workers. Colleagues, co-workers, seniors and boss establish the professional relation for the benefit of the company.

Experienced professionals are preferred by the companies because there is no training required for improving the skills of the person. 
  3. Selection of the efficient and skilled professionals is important for getting the desired output. Criteria are fixed by the companies for hiring the employees and this helps in separating the qualified employee from the crowd. Fixing the tough criteria for selection helps in getting the quality people.
  4. There is need to address the professionals entering the organization for making them understand the vision and goals of the companies. Employers should handle the responsibility to provide the facilities to the employees entering the organization for better performance.
  5. The psychology and the thinking power of the employee cannot be understood easily. People have different type of thinking and it is the duty of the employers to find the best employee for their company. 
Employees can be explained in the early stage by fixing meeting or employers can address for helping the employees in making adjustments.
